Durable non-stick coating for dryer components
Almost all metal components of centrifugal and rotary dryers used with pelletizing systems can be provided with a durable non-stick coating. For cost reasons it is usually limited to product-contact surfaces, but it can be extended to other surfaces as required.

Description
In this process, a release polymer is impregnated into the coating, and the coating is practically welded to the metal substrate of the coated component.
