Reicofil RF5 Composite lines produce composite nonwovens in configurations from SMS to SSMMMMSS, combining strength and barrier properties. They are designed for hygiene and medical applications with high requirements for consistent quality.

Description
RF5 Composite lines produce at speeds of up to 1,200 m/min with a minimum basis weight of 8 g/m² and a capacity of up to 40,000 t/year. Energy consumption is 1–1.4 kWh per kg of nonwoven produced; high process stability and short maintenance times enable availability of at least 8,200 production hours per year.
The line is high-loft ready – soft and bulky nonwovens can be produced after adding the optional Semi High Loft, High Loft or Full High Loft technologies. Reicofil supports the project from production facility planning through staff training and commissioning to service.
