Description
filmanalyser from RTT System is used for fast, non-destructive quality control and material analysis of small, lightweight 2D materials, particularly plastic films.
AI-based analysis assigns the detected objects simultaneously by material and colour, takes black and dark materials into account statistically and determines the particle size distribution.
The instrument is operated via a touchscreen; reports are generated and analysis results archived automatically.
