Two-way polymer diverter valve for product changes in minutes
The BiPoDV two-way polymer diverter valve directs the melt sequentially in different directions during production. This allows the operator to work with two separately configurable pelletizing heads and prepare the next job while in full production.

Description
The ideal pelletizing tools for the next job can be assembled, heated and tightened without interrupting production. All connecting channels are freely accessible, so the channels used last can be cleaned thoroughly.
When the product is changed, the valve body rotates and lifts into the new production position, and the melt flows into the new, fully prepared tool. The change of melt direction is ready in a very short time and without tools – the lift-and-rotate mechanism allows a switch to a fully prepared and heated die plate within a few minutes.
