Description
The robust filter screens of the BRF series contribute significantly to lower operating costs in day-to-day production – especially when processing melts containing mineral components.
Operating principle: the melt entering the filtration system is guided through rheologically optimized channels onto the filter disc and passes through its conical holes. Contaminants retained on the disc are immediately removed by a rotating scraper and conveyed to a controlled discharge system.
Typical applications: packaging films, bottle flakes, food packaging, detergent containers, bags and sacks, pipes, batteries, vehicle bumpers, base plates and agricultural films.
