Material analyses and test measurements in our own technical centre
At its technical centre, RTT System carries out material analyses on behalf of customers using a belt-type material analysis unit and two pick sorters. Preliminary tests serve as a basis for designing or supplementing line concepts in a range of industries.

Description
Research and development are essential in the field of spectroscopic applications. RTT System therefore operates a belt-type material analysis unit and two pick sorters for coarse and fine material at its own technical centre. In addition to the ongoing development of its own products, it carries out a wide range of material analyses on behalf of customers.
On the basis of preliminary tests, line concepts have already been usefully supplemented in the food and pharmaceutical industries, in feed processing, in the textile and recycling industries, in mining and in construction.
A flakeanalyser is also available on loan for test measurements.
Examples of analyses performed: picking from a copper and aluminium mixture (intensity image and classification result – copper and aluminium shown in different colours) and intake of meat with bones (photograph, NIR camera image and chemical colour image).
