Privacy policy

The controller of personal data is Azurr-Technology, s.r.o., company ID 28569130, registered office Dolní Bečva 579, 756 55 Dolní Bečva, Czech Republic, registered with the Regional Court in Ostrava, file C 32427. Contact for personal data matters: info@azurr-tech.cz, tel. +420 571 647 228.

What data we process: the data you enter in the inquiry form – name, company, e-mail, phone, company ID, country, message, the list of products you enquire about and, where applicable, the e-mails of colleagues you add in copy (we use them only for communication about your inquiry). We do not collect any other personal data on this website.

Why and on what legal basis: we use the data to handle your inquiry, prepare a quotation and for related business communication. The processing is necessary for steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and for our legitimate interest in answering your enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long: we keep inquiry data for the duration of the business negotiations and for no longer than 3 years after the last contact. If an inquiry leads to an order, we keep the data for the period required by law (e.g. accounting and tax regulations).

Who has access to the data: our employees who handle inquiries, and our hosting and e-mail service providers, who process the data on our behalf under a contract. We do not sell the data, do not pass it on to other parties and do not transfer it outside the European Union.

Your rights: you have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing. Just write to us at info@azurr-tech.cz. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.gov.cz).

Cookies and analytics: this website uses no cookies, no analytics or advertising tools and loads nothing from third-party servers. In its local storage your browser only remembers what the website needs to work: the contents of your inquiry basket, an unfinished form (until you close the window) and dismissed notices. This data is not sent anywhere until you submit the inquiry yourself, and you can delete it at any time in your browser settings.

Security: to prevent the form from being misused for spam, the server stores a non-reversible fingerprint (hash) of the IP address the inquiry came from for 10 minutes. Our hosting provider also keeps standard technical access logs. Both serve only to protect the website (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
