flakeanalyser is an instrument for fast, non-destructive quality control and material analysis of plastic regrind. AI-based analysis evaluates flakes and regranulate by material type, colour and volume, and logs and archives the results automatically.

Description
flakeanalyser from RTT System is used for fast, non-destructive quality control and material analysis of plastic regrind. Typical applications are polyolefins, plastics from electronic waste and PET flakes.
AI-based analysis assigns the detected particles of regranulate and plastic flakes simultaneously by material type and colour and determines their volume. A mass-based evaluation and particle size distribution are derived from the measured volumes; black and dark objects are taken into account statistically.
The instrument is operated via a touchscreen, measurement reports are generated automatically and analysis results are archived automatically. The unit can be converted for continuous measurement (inline version).
