Centrifugal dryer screens for separating pellets from water
MAAG Gala centrifugal dryers use proven EM (Easy Mounting) screens arranged around a solid rotor to separate the pellets from the process water. Large, wide doors and a greater distance between the screens and the dryer walls make access to the interior easier.

Description
Perforated screens: 16–22 gauge stainless steel, open area up to 51%, perforations from 1 to 4 mm.
ML for micropellets: patented multi-layer screens with a larger open area for drying small particles.
Expando: used mainly for micropellets, available in slotted or perforated versions.
Wedgewire (slotted screens made of profile wire): up to 25% more usable screen area, highly precise openings, greater strength and durability.
