EVO Multi Bubble
Biaxially oriented film in a single process step
EVO Multi Bubble is a Reifenhäuser line that uses multiple bubble inflation to produce biaxially oriented and annealed blown film in a single process. It is intended particularly for highly transparent, robust shrink and barrier food packaging.

Description
Multi Bubble technology makes it possible to achieve high transparency, gloss, puncture resistance, sealability and adjustable shrink properties. Typical applications are robust, highly transparent shrink packaging with a barrier function, e.g. for meat and dairy products.
Thanks to the high puncture resistance, thinner film can be used, saving material. The lines are available in horizontal, vertical or combined layouts; a vacuum cooling unit ensures uniform action of the cooling medium on the melt.
