Large-format agricultural films with low material consumption
EVO Agriculture is a Reifenhäuser line for agricultural blown films with a circumference of up to 24 m, such as mulch films or silage cover films. A multi-layer structure with up to 7 layers reduces raw material consumption while maintaining product properties.

Description
Multi-layer films are standard in food packaging; EVO Agriculture transfers this technology to the production of agricultural films in configurations with up to 7 layers. Special additives can be distributed selectively across several thinner layers, reducing raw material consumption while maintaining product properties.
Different film formats (circumference and thickness) can be produced on a single line with rapid product changes, variable web speed and up to 16-fold film folding. Extruders with low-temperature screws process the melt 20 °C cooler than conventional screws, increasing the output of the entire line by up to 20%.
