Direct processing of 100% recyclate into blown film
EVO Fusion is a Reifenhäuser line that processes plastic waste directly into new blown film without energy-intensive and costly pelletizing and pre-drying. It can process 100% post-consumer and post-industrial waste and compound directly in the line.

Description
The “fluff to film” principle means producing new film from film waste in a single step – without pelletizing and pre-drying. The line processes 100% post-consumer waste, 100% post-industrial waste and barrier films with a PA content of up to 30%.
Inline compounding (including of bio-based materials) removes dependence on expensive ready-made compounds and increases both margin and output. Fillers can be dosed directly in the line to improve the strength, stiffness and appearance of the film; a high filler content also saves material.
