Polishing stack for direct connection to a thermoforming machine
EVEREX Sheet Inline lines are lines with a polishing stack that feed the sheet directly into the thermoforming machine in an inline process. They can be integrated into new and existing production chains and connected to any thermoforming machine, e.g. for producing yoghurt and drinks cups or meat and cheese packaging.

Description
The short sheet feed path to the thermoforming machine retains a high heat content in the core of the sheet for thermoforming. Production waste (skeletal waste) is returned directly to the production process.
The lines are modular, with high OEE and energy-efficient operation; high-speed extruders enable very high outputs.
