Extrusion coating and laminating lines for film composites
EVEREX Coating lines are extrusion coating lines that apply plastic melt to a substrate to create film composites. Applications range from coffee packaging, truck tarpaulins, automotive headliners and construction films to medical and hygiene applications.

Description
The extruder converts the pellets into a melt, which is formed into a web in the flat slot die and permanently bonded to the substrate by pressure and heat between the laminating roll and the nip roll.
The technology is solvent-free, can process recyclate and raw materials from renewable sources, and the composites produced are recyclable. The line concept is designed according to the product to be manufactured and the production parameters.
Ultrathin Coating technology is available for nonwoven/film composites with very low basis weights.
