Barrier cast film lines with up to 11 layers
EVEREX Barrier Cast lines are fully integrated and automated lines for producing multi-layer cast barrier films for food and medical applications. They handle up to 11 layers, a net width of up to 4 m and an output of 1,500 kg/h.

Description
Barrier films extend the shelf life of packaged goods and reduce losses in the supply chain. EVEREX Barrier Cast lines are modular – they are configured from proven and customer-specific components and are characterized by high overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
The line includes precise dosing systems, wear-resistant multi-purpose extruders with constant pressure, a coextrusion feedblock and a flat die. Depending on film thickness, various options are available for uniform cooling, pretreatment, finishing and single or multiple-reel winding.
Optional PAM automation sets the die and the Coextrusion Adapter PRO fully automatically, including automation of downstream equipment and the winder – product changes take place fully automatically. Individual layers can be profiled while the line is running.
