PP film at 150 µm and sheet at 2,500 µm on one line
EVEREX Hybrid is a highly automated line for PP films and sheet from 150 µm to 2,500 µm on a single machine. The 4-in-1 polishing stack enables rapid switching between thin film below 350 µm with excellent optical properties and classic thermoforming sheet.

Description
The EVEREX Hybrid 4-in-1 polishing stack with a third movable roll switches between thin and thick PP films without loss of output and with reproducible quality. It enables maximum PP downgauging with excellent optics and double the output.
In combination with EVEREX Cast lines, complete mono-material PP packaging can be produced as a replacement for PET/PE, PA/PE or PVC/PVDC/aluminium laminates – thermoformed bottom webs of 250–2,500 µm (optionally with an EVOH barrier) and CPP lidding or sealing films.
The Reifenhäuser twin-screw extruder processes up to 100% in-house waste (PIR), including waste containing EVOH, without pre-drying and repelletizing. Edge encapsulation reduces barrier material consumption by up to 11%; PAM and the Coextrusion Adapter PRO automate die adjustment and layer distribution.
