Description
LNP offers probe tips made of various materials, in various sizes and for various fields of application. All tips are compatible both with LNP® measuring instruments and with testing instruments from other well-known manufacturers.
Ruby tips are supplied in standard or individual geometries to customer specification, with balls from Ø 0.3 mm; they are suitable, for example, for coordinate metrology and indentation measurements. Carbide tips in fully customized designs or in typical standards with a radius of 2–250 µm and angles from 30° are designed for contour measurement. Diamond tips (Berkovich, Vickers, Martens and others) are used for roughness measurement and other applications.
The tips allow high-precision testing of many materials and are used in optics, precision engineering, medical technology, watchmaking, food technology, the metal industry, the plastics industry, toolmaking, the automotive industry, and mechanical and plant engineering.
