EVEREX PET are custom calendering lines for producing PET and PLA films and sheet for food packaging, blisters, folding boxes and medical and electronics packaging. They can process up to 100% PCR recyclate and, with the mechatronic calender, reduce changeover waste by up to 80%.

Description

PET film is used for packaging fruit, vegetables and meat, pharmaceuticals and electronic components; PLA made from 100% renewable raw materials is increasingly replacing PET in food packaging. The line concept is designed for the specific product and customer requirements.

With the REItruder co-rotating twin-screw extruder, an upstream crystallizer and dryer are no longer needed, resulting in high energy savings and making it possible to process up to 100% PCR recyclate.
