Underwater pelletizer with spring-loaded blades
The SLC (Spring Loaded Cutter) pelletizer is a cost-effective solution for underwater pelletizing of common polymers at lower throughputs. The blades are pressed against the die plate by a constant spring force, which reduces the need for operator supervision.

Description
The cutter hub is connected to the motor shaft by a telescopic spring-loaded sleeve, and the blades adjust automatically against the die plate by spring force. The blade contact pressure can be adapted to the specific application or product simply by changing the springs.
