Underwater pelletizing of polycondensation polymers downstream of the reactor
Gala underwater pelletizing systems are often used for the continuous and discontinuous pellet production of polycondensation polymers (polyamides, polyesters, etc.) downstream of the reactor. The CP system combines all the necessary process steps, from the melt pump to drying and control of the entire line.

Description
When switching from traditional strand pelletizing to underwater pelletizing, it does not matter in the early planning and design stages whether the user chooses a continuous or discontinuous process. Gala underwater pelletizing technology can be used for both and, thanks to its modular design, can easily be converted later.
