The die plate is a key component of any polymer pelletizing system and must deliver high performance and reliability. Custom MAAG die plates are designed as unique tools to suit the specific requirements of the polymer production in question and handle throughputs of up to 125 t/h.

Description
The die plates are developed in close cooperation with the customer using advanced technologies and can be adapted even to very specific applications. In combination with a custom blade holder and blades from the MAAG product range, they offer an exceptional service life and ensure the production of high-quality pellets over the long term.
