Multi-way polymer diverter valve for continuous operation
The Gala MdPoDV multi-way polymer diverter valve directs the melt sequentially in different directions during production. It allows continuous operation of the production machine and an uninterrupted increase in output from a defined minimum up to the maximum line output.

Description
The underwater pelletizer does not need to be stopped and no output-dependent adjustments are required, so only a minimal amount of start-up waste is produced.
In addition to switching to the waste (floor) and production positions, at least one further diverter position is integrated. This allows a faster changeover between two product flow directions or sequential operation of several pelletizers connected to the same valve.
