ECLN (Easy-Clean Low-Noise) is a series of Gala/MAAG centrifugal pellet dryers that are easy to maintain and meet strict requirements for noise reduction to below 80 dB(A). They cover throughputs from 1,000 to 50,000 kg/h.

Description
Double walls filled with insulating material achieve a sound pressure level below 80 dB(A).
Large, wide doors and a greater distance between the rotor screens and the dryer walls make access to the interior easier.
Integrating the suction and air filter into the pellet outlet optimizes the counter-current airflow, so drying requires a smaller volume of air.
For operator safety, all Gala pellet dryers are equipped with a time-controlled door interlock and a local power disconnect.
