Our pressure transducers offer an efficient, accurate and durable solution for reliable and safe pressure measurement. These transducers are used in many industrial sectors, where they monitor and measure melt pressure and ensure optimum operation of production processes. Thanks to their resistance to the high temperatures and pressures typical of these applications, they are a suitable choice for a wide variety of uses. When selecting a transducer, it is important to take into account the specific requirements of your application, such as the temperature range, the pressure range and the materials the transducer will come into contact with. Choosing the right transducer guarantees reliable and accurate results and a long, trouble-free service life. Installing the transducer in the mounting hole of the production line is simple.
Pressure sensors - With rigid stem and flexible capillary

Pressure transducers with a flexible capillary are a professional solution suitable for applications with limited space or exposure to radiant heat from the heating elements of production lines. Thanks to a well-designed extended construction, the transducer electronics are located out of reach of the radiant heat source, reducing the risk of damage.
The flexible capillary is designed to be resistant to damage and to allow a high degree of bending, which makes installation and handling of the transducer easier. It is essential to properly secure the transducer head in the adapter supplied with the transducer. For optimum performance, we recommend mounting the adapter on a part of the machine free from undesirable vibration or shocks that could adversely affect the transducer.
This series of transducers can be customized to your specific needs. You can choose the rigid stem length and the flexible capillary length, as well as the mounting thread. In addition, the transducer can be fitted with various options, such as the type of fill or a special coating, to ensure maximum durability and functionality in your specific industrial environment. This flexibility allows the transducer to be fully adapted to your particular requirements, ensuring optimum integration and performance in a wide range of applications.
Take advantage of a consultation with our engineers, who can help you select the right transducer configuration for your applications.
