Tumbler for treating plastic and adhesive pellets
The Gala Tumbler is a drum unit for pellet processing in the plastics and adhesives industries. It can be used to dewater or dry fragile products, to coat sticky pellets or to classify pellets of any kind.
Benefits
- Aluminium housing with hinged doors for easy access to the drum during cleaning
- The stainless steel drum has removable screens in each section, making it accessible at several points
- Hinged doors with large windows allow operators to check the product and adjust drum inclination or speed during operation
- A levelling device allows inclination adjustment of ±3°, manually or automatically
- The drum can be removed fully assembled and replaced with another for faster product changeovers
- Solids and liquids can be fed into the drum via the inlet chute
