PT420 series transducers are ±0.25% accuracy transducers, ideal for melt pressure sensing requiring high accuracy, easy installation, repeatability and reliability. PT420 transducers provide a 3.33 mV/V output signal designed to work with most pressure indicators.

The PT420 transducer is fitted with an 8-pin Bendix connector. Optional thermocouple or resistance thermometer configurations are also available for sensing melt temperature and pressure at a single point. The PT420 has a 1/2-20 UNF thread for mounting in standard mounting holes and can be supplied with a range of other electrical connections.
