Pressure transducers with a flexible capillary are a professional solution suitable for applications with limited space or exposure to radiant heat from the heating elements of production lines. Thanks to a well-designed extended construction, the transducer electronics are located out of reach of the radiant heat source, reducing the risk of damage.
The flexible capillary is designed to be resistant to damage and to allow a high degree of bending, which makes installation and handling of the transducer easier. It is essential to properly secure the transducer head in the adapter supplied with the transducer. For optimum performance, we recommend mounting the adapter on a part of the machine free from undesirable vibration or shocks that could adversely affect the transducer.
The rigid stem length and flexible capillary length can be adapted to individual needs, as can other optional components. This ensures maximum flexibility when integrating the transducer into a wide range of industrial applications.
