The PT410 series sensor is a ±0.25% accuracy sensor, ideal for food or medical applications requiring high accuracy, easy installation, repeatability and reliability. The NaK fill meets the requirements set by the FDA and USDA for production in contact with food and medical products.
PT410 series sensors provide a standard 3.33 mV/V signal designed to work with most pressure indicators. The PT410 transducer is fitted with an eight-pin Bendix connector. Configurations with thermocouples or resistance thermometers are available, providing temperature and pressure at a single point. The PT410 has a 1/2-20 UNF thread for mounting in standard mounting holes.

PT412 Melt pressure transducers - With rigid stem and flexible capillary

Thanks to a well-designed extended construction, the transducer electronics are located out of reach of the radiant heat source, reducing the risk of damage.
The flexible capillary is designed to be resistant to damage and to allow a high degree of bending, which makes installation and handling of the transducer easier. It is essential to properly secure the transducer head in the adapter supplied with the transducer. For optimum performance, we recommend mounting the adapter on a part of the machine free from undesirable vibration or shocks that could adversely affect the transducer.
