The Bullet Series is a dry-cut strand pelletizer that combines the cutting geometry of the Conair 304 with innovative features of the Scheer "E-Series" pelletizer. The result is a machine that is quicker and easier to clean and service, suitable for both laboratory and production use.

Description
The pelletizer is designed for 24-hour operation. The inlet and outlet chutes can be removed without tools, which is particularly appreciated by compounders who change materials several times per shift.
A large pneumatic cylinder above the upper feed roll, which remains parallel to the lower roll, exerts a more uniform pulling force even with varying strand diameters, thereby reducing rejects. The design goals were higher output, less waste, better product quality and easy operation.
