Visualization, data acquisition and operation of the pelletizing line
Beyond the standard user interface of the E-type and H-type controls, Gala offers a range of process visualization options. An optional PC allows visual monitoring of the underwater pelletizing system as well as the acquisition, storage and evaluation of all data.

Description
Communication between the PLC and the data acquisition system takes place via the PROWAY DP interface. Recipe data can be loaded from disk; the line is operated using the PC function keys and by entering recipes (production programs). Operation is monitored on line overview screens.
Faults are displayed on separate screens in plain text, together with the time of occurrence, acknowledgement and reset of individual faults. Recorded line data can be subsequently processed and printed.
The Gala control, data acquisition and visualization concept clearly separates the control level (PLC) from the operating and data acquisition level (PC visualization). In addition to customized solutions, the cost-effective standardized Intouch OEM-1 visualization is also available.
