Dynisco BP420 rupture discs, designed for plastics extrusion systems, provide reliable emergency pressure relief. This model activates at a specific set pressure and temperature, at which its one-piece 304 stainless steel assembly with a welded-in Inconel rupture disc bursts instantly. The disc is designed so as not to create cavities in which polymer could accumulate. These rupture discs are ideal for primary relief in applications with rapid pressure rise, such as polymer extruders and extrusion lines. Each rupture disc is tested at its rated pressure and temperature, marked with laser-engraved markings for better visibility and supplied with a protective cover.
