The ATC 990 with graphic/text LCD display is a universal input controller with advanced functions including trend display, digital inputs, data logging and a USB port. It provides a cost-effective way of controlling process parameters, for example in extrusion applications. It is designed to increase efficiency and user comfort and includes features that shorten commissioning time, simplify operation and minimize maintenance downtime. Auto-tuning, alarm settings, external excitation supply, various inputs (temperature/pressure). The ATC 990 can also operate and control the process on the basis of differential pressure when the optional mV/V input is used. Further useful information shown directly on the top of the controller by LEDs includes alarms, high or low limits, error states and engineering unit beacons. The controller provides quick and easy setup with a step-by-step setup wizard that starts automatically at first power-up.
An optional 24 V DC power supply is also available.
